Czaniec dam renovation

INTER-BUD renovated the rooms and drive mechanisms of the weir and fish pass, as well as the guide walls and piers of the dam, and repaired the expansion joints and slabs on the side dams of the Czaniec reservoir. The entire scope of work required the contractor to apply state-of-the-art technologies for repairing and sealing reinforced concrete structures. An additional difficulty was carrying out the works, and complying with complex process requirements, on a hydraulic structure that was in operation and exposed to the weather. The renovation was completed on schedule, in September 2004.
