The INTER-BUD Group is a Polish, privately held investment and construction group that has been active on the Kraków market for over 35 years. It brings together specialized companies operating in the construction and investment sectors. The Group delivers residential, commercial and mixed-use projects, and its investments are located in various parts of Kraków.

A key pillar of the Group is the development business of INTER-BUD Developer — one of the leaders of the residential development market in Kraków. We have built and handed over more than 6,000 apartments and houses, 15 large residential developments and 4 single-family home communities. We are a leading, multi-award-winning developer on the Kraków housing market and today, as the INTER-BUD Group, also an investor in the commercial real estate sector.
The dynamic growth of this area is the result of deliberate, long-term work on planning and preparing investments, carried out with our own technical and construction resources. Fabryczna City, Wiślane Tarasy 2.0 and Grzegórzki Park are flagship projects that show how post-industrial sites in central Kraków can be revitalized and how the quality of new residential and office developments can be raised.
We create places that are friendly to their residents and in many respects self-sufficient — with unique ecological and urban-planning solutions, designed to fit the context of the district and the whole city. Comprehensive delivery of our own residential developments – apartments, premium apartments and houses – from land acquisition and design, through construction, to sales, leasing and property management.
General contracting
Comprehensive delivery of construction projects as general contractor and on a turnkey basis. Our experience covers residential, office, commercial, service and industrial projects.
Facade systems
Aluminum structures, aluminum-glass and ventilated facades, and the manufacture and installation of PVC windows and doors. Comprehensive delivery – from fabrication of the structure to installation.
Pools
Comprehensive swimming-pool construction services with water-treatment technology: from the design of wellness facilities such as pools, saunas and spa tubs, through construction, to servicing.

A publicly accessible building-materials depot and an interior-fittings showroom. Material supply base for our own investments and external customers.

What distinguishes our work is the timely delivery of investments, a permanent, experienced team — both office and administrative staff and construction crews — cooperation with the best architectural studios, and our own sales and customer service department.
In every project we follow a strictly observed quality policy: we analyze customer satisfaction, vet our construction subcontractors, train our employees and, at the customer's request, carry out buyer-requested alterations in selected apartments.
