Processing of your personal data

We process your personal data because, given the nature of our business, we have a legitimate interest in doing so. When you use our websites, we collect information about Users' interactions with the Websites and their content, including information about the device and server logs (so-called system logs) containing the date and time of the visit and the IP address of the device used to connect, as well as data on the Websites' viewing statistics and on traffic to and from individual sites. The purpose of these activities is to improve the Websites and adapt them to the User's needs. This data may also be used for direct marketing purposes. Data recorded in the server logs is not associated with specific persons using the Website or System and is not used by the Controller to identify the User.

3

Storage of your personal data

The operator of the Websites tailors content to the user's interests and may also collect statistical data, web analytics data and data from monitoring traffic on the website. Personal data will be processed for marketing purposes from the moment of acceptance until you object or withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data.

Personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

Contact form

We process the data provided in the contact form (full name, email address, optionally a phone number, the topic and the content of the inquiry) in order to respond to your inquiry — on the basis of the consent given in the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). The message is sent by email to the INTER-BUD Group division selected in the “What is your inquiry about” field (leasing inquiries for Fabryczna Flex go to kontakt@fabrycznaflex.pl), and we send an automatic confirmation of receipt, without the content of the message, to the email address you provide. The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA (described in the “Services and cookies on this website” section). We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry and any further correspondence. Providing the data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply.

02 — Cookie policy

Cookies on www.inter-bud.pl.

The entity placing cookies on your terminal device and accessing them is the operator of the www.inter-bud.pl website (the Website): INTER-BUD Developer sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Czerwone Maki 65, 30-392 Kraków, Poland.

More about cookies
www.allaboutcookies.org →

or the “Help” section of your web browser's menu.

Cookies are used to:

  • adapt the content of the Website's pages to the User's preferences and optimize the use of the website; in particular, these files allow the Website User's device to be recognized and the website to be displayed appropriately, tailored to their individual needs;
  • create statistics that help us understand how Website Users use the pages, which makes it possible to improve their structure and content.

The Website uses two main types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files stored on the User's terminal device until they leave the website or close the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the User's terminal device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until the User deletes them.

The following types of cookies may be used on the Website:

  • “essential” cookies, which make it possible to use the services available on the Website;
  • security cookies, e.g. used to protect the contact form against spam and abuse;
  • “performance” cookies, which make it possible to collect information about how the Website's pages are used;
  • “functional” cookies, which make it possible to “remember” the settings selected by the User and personalize the User's interface, e.g. the chosen language or the User's region, font size, website appearance, etc.

In many cases the software used to browse websites (the web browser) allows cookies to be stored on the User's terminal device by default. Website Users may change their cookie settings at any time. In particular, these settings can be changed to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to notify the User each time cookies are placed on their device. Detailed information on the options and methods of handling cookies is available in the settings of the software (web browser).

The Website operator advises that restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionality available on the Website's pages.

Cookies placed on the Website User's terminal device may also be used by partners whose services are embedded in the Website (Google, 3DEstate) — see the “Services and cookies on this website” section for details.

More information about cookies is available at www.allaboutcookies.org or in the “Help” section of your web browser's menu.

03 — Services and cookies

Services and cookies on this website.

The www.inter-bud.pl website itself does not set cookies — it stores only two pieces of information in your browser's storage that it needs in order to work. External services, apart from the form protection, are switched on only after you give consent in the cookie banner or click the button next to the content in question (e.g. “Show map”).

Essential

Google reCAPTCHA

Provider
Google Ireland Limited (Ireland), Google LLC (USA)
Purpose
protecting the contact form against spam and bots
When it runs
on pages with the form (home page, contact) — it loads when the form appears on screen; without separate consent, because the form cannot be sent without this protection
Cookies and data
_GRECAPTCHA — 6 months; Google receives, among other things, the IP address and information about the browser, the device and how the site is used
Analytics

Google Analytics 4

Provider
Google Ireland Limited (Ireland), Google LLC (USA)
Purpose
visit statistics: how many people visit the site, which pages they view and where they come from; the number of forms sent and clicks on a phone number or email address (without the data entered in the form)
When it runs
after “Analytics” consent; without it, it does not store cookies and receives only basic information without a browser identifier (Google consent mode). Advertising features are switched off
Cookies
_ga, _ga_… — 2 years (recognizing the browser and the visit)
Marketing and third-party

Google Maps

Provider
Google Ireland Limited (Ireland), Google LLC (USA)
Purpose
a directions map to the headquarters in the page footer
When it runs
after “Marketing and third-party” consent or after clicking “Show map” — until then, only a button is shown in place of the map
Cookies and data
Google cookies, e.g. NID — 6 months; Google receives the IP address and information about the browser
Marketing and third-party

3DEstate apartment and house search

Provider
3DEstate (assets.3destate.cloud)
Purpose
searching for and comparing apartments and houses on the “Apartment and house search” page
When it runs
after “Marketing and third-party” consent or after clicking “Load the search”
Data
in the browser's storage — the list of units added for comparison (until the browser data is deleted); statistics on the use of the search go to the 3DEstate server
Stored by the site itself

Browser storage

ib-cookie-consent
your choice in the cookie banner and its date — so that the banner does not appear on every visit
ib-theme
the site theme (light or dark), if you change it with the button in the header

This data stays in your browser and is not sent to the server. It is kept until you change your choice or delete the site's data in your browser.

Your consent

Changing or withdrawing consent

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page of the website. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of the earlier use of the services. Cookies previously stored by Google or 3DEstate can be deleted in your browser settings.
