The “Na Kozłówce” residential tower is an 11-story apartment building delivered by INTER-BUD for the “Na Kozłówce” Housing Cooperative. The building contains 53 apartments, and its two lowest stories are given over to a parking garage. The project was carried out in difficult ground conditions owing to the steep slope of the site and the high groundwater level.
