With the needs of residents of the new residential developments in mind, INTER-BUD integrated a retail and service complex into the modern architecture of the residential complex. The two-level “Pasaż Ruczaj” offers customers 50 parking spaces and a car wash on the lower level. An elevator or stairs lead up to the shopping gallery level. The gallery's offer caters for adults and children alike. A bank, a pharmacy, stores, travel agencies, a florist, a restaurant and a Kulkoland play area for the youngest are just some of what the arcade has to offer.
