Mayer production hall with office building
Location: Łódź, ul. Lateksowa
As the second stage of the investment on the site of the “Chemitex-Anilana” Chemical Fibre Works (ZWCh), the hall underwent a major refurbishment, which involved replacing all elements of the building except the load-bearing structure and adding a two-story staff and office section. All the works on the 4,164 m² hall and the 1,626 m² office building were completed within 8 months (May – August 2005). The use of high-standard materials combined with precise workmanship has given the old hall a new, fresh look.
