Fabryczna City

Fabryczna City is a mixed-use complex built on the post-industrial site of the former State Vodka Factory No. 11 in Dąbie, later the Polmos Distillery. The development is an example of the revitalization of this part of Kraków — the historic industrial buildings have been given new functions, and modern office, residential and commercial buildings have been built alongside them. The complex combines spaces for working and living with retail, dining, hotel and leisure facilities, creating a multifunctional part of the city where the history of the place meets contemporary architecture.

In the European Property Awards 2025–2026, Fabryczna City received a 5 Star award in the Best Mixed Use Development Poland category — making it the best mixed-use development in Poland in this edition of the competition.
